Senior Education Consultant: Design and Development .

​Jenny has spent over 20 years working in the­ field of education. Her professional work during the past 5 years has largely focused on adult professional learning across education systems and schools nationally. She has a particular passion for educational research that informs the design of learning cultures and implementation approaches that are founded on empowering and building agency.

In her role at Thoughtfulworks she designs and facilitates key professional learning workshops that build the professional expertise of leadership and staff across a range of educational settings.
